• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the order.
• Requests submitted after this return window may not be approved.
• The return window starts from the date the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
• Free from damage, stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer. We recommend keeping the original packaging until your return or exchange request has been resolved.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size, color, or item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or proceed with a return if eligible.
• Exchange shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the exchange and the delivery destination.
• We will provide exchange instructions after reviewing and approving your request.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product issue.
• If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped, Haikou Anlei Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
• The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without authorization.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.

• Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
• Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
• Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for a replacement, exchange, return, refund, or other appropriate resolution
To request a return or exchange:
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Items sent back without prior approval may be rejected or returned to the customer.
All refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
