2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to countries and regions within Europe.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Europe may not be processed or delivered. If an order is placed with an unsupported shipping destination, our customer service team may contact you to cancel the order and issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Currency and Payment

All product prices, shipping fees, taxes, and order totals displayed on our website are shown and charged in EUR (€).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment method supports transactions in EUR. Any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or bank charges applied by your card issuer or payment provider are the responsibility of the customer.

Europe Expedited Shipping
  • If expedited shipping is available for your location, the estimated delivery time and any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for selected European destinations only.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, customs checks, seasonal demand, carrier delays, incorrect address information, local delivery restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders of €89.00 or more within Europe.
  • A standard shipping fee of €4.99 applies to orders below €89.00.
  • Free shipping applies only to standard shipping within Europe.
  • Expedited shipping, if available, is not included in the free shipping offer and may be available for an additional fee shown in EUR at checkout.

Shipping fees and available shipping options are calculated and shown during checkout before payment is completed.

7. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped, when tracking is available.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported addresses may require additional reshipping fees.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders are shipped using DDP where applicable. Product prices include applicable taxes, duties, and import fees for the customer’s destination, so customers will not be charged additional customs duties at delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any shipping fee or order-related charge collected by us will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not add hidden fees after checkout.

If taxes, duties, import fees, or other order-related charges are handled differently for a specific shipping method or destination, the applicable information will be displayed or handled according to the checkout information and shipping method used.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please check your delivery location, household members, neighbors, building reception, or local carrier office first.
  • If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier and contact us at info@azulrealesate.com so we can assist where possible.
  • For damaged shipments, please contact us promptly and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Resolution timelines may depend on the carrier’s investigation process and the circumstances of the shipment.

11. Non-Deliverable Orders

In certain situations, we may be unable to fulfill or complete delivery of an order, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete, invalid, or unrecognized shipping addresses;
  • Shipping addresses outside Europe;
  • Temporary service disruptions caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs checks, local delivery restrictions, or operational issues;
