Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions, timelines, and methods by which refunds are issued by Haikou Anlei Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.

1. Overview

Refunds are issued only after a return request has been approved and, where applicable, the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected and may not qualify for a refund.

2. Refund Method

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• We do not offer refunds by store credit, gift cards, or alternative payment methods unless required by applicable law.

• If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us at info@azulrealesate.com so we can review the available options.

3. Refund Processing Time

• Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

• During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, review times may vary.

• Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after we process it.

4. Shipping Fees

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the refund is due to a confirmed error on our part.

• Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damaged item, incorrect item, or shipping error caused by us.

• If a return is approved for reasons other than a confirmed defect or our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Partial or No Refunds

Refunds may be partial or may not be issued if:

• Returned items do not meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

• Items show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, alteration, or missing original tags, labels, or packaging.

• Returns are sent without prior authorization.

• The item is marked as final sale, clearance, non-returnable, or otherwise excluded from return eligibility.

In such cases, the item may be rejected and returned to the customer, and any related shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Cancellations

If an order is successfully canceled before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Exchange Policy if eligible.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@azulrealesate.com with your order number.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, or refund according to the circumstances and our policy.
