Yes, you may cancel your order before processing begins.
An order is considered to have entered processing once it has been prepared for shipment or transferred to a third-party shipping carrier. After processing has begun, orders can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You can return or exchange the full order or part of the order within 30 days upon arrival in its original state: unwashed, unworn with all tags and seals.

Orders shipped to countries and regions within Europe are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping where applicable. Product prices include applicable taxes, duties, and import fees for the customer’s destination when DDP shipping applies. Customers will not be charged additional customs duties at delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any shipping fee or order-related charge collected by us will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not add hidden fees after checkout.
